My Approach to Therapy

I work with couples, individuals, and families in recovery from years of poor communication as well as betrayal and trust issues.

As your advocate, my role is to interrupt the negative cycles you constantly find yourselves in and coach you through creating new and deeper understandings of each other.

Therapy with me is not a passive experience. I’m deeply involved in the therapy process. I actively control the space so everyone feels heard, so you can feel more empowered to tackle life's challenges.
